The Teacher Accelerator Program (TAP) is seeking to hire an outstanding team of Elementary Instructional Coaches to guide and develop TAP participants (TAPP) in the knowledge, skills, and instructional judgment they will need in order to become Strong Starters – novice educators with the fundamentals needed to begin classroom teaching and sustain as they grow.

Experience Requirement

  • At least four years of classroom teaching experience with quantifiable student success (required)
  • Experience working with new teachers in professional development settings, including facilitating sessions, giving teachers feedback, and providing instructional coaching (strongly preferred)
  • Experience in adult facilitation (strongly preferred)

Compensation

$9,200 over the spring and summer

Experience Requirement

  • At least four years of classroom teaching experience with quantifiable student success (required)
  • At least two years of successful professional coaching or management experience (required)
  • Experience working with new teachers in professional development settings, including facilitating sessions, giving teachers feedback, and providing instructional coaching (required)
  • Experience with startup programs (preferred)

$9,800 over the spring and summer
